Frequently Asked Questions

To book, scroll down to your chosen class or camp in our Kid’s Classes booking schedule and click the blue Info & Booking button.

Click on Book this class or, where free trials are available, click Book your trial.

Please note that to complete your booking you will be asked to log in to your ClassForKids account, or to create an account, if you are not already registered with them.

All places must be pre-booked online via ClassForKids and you can choose to pay by card, cash, cheque, bank transfer, or with childcare vouchers.

All payment methods are listed on our checkout page, once a booking has been made.

We are registered with all childcare voucher providers, on most classes you can make payment using child’s name as reference. Some classes will require a code which can be obtained by calling or emailing our office.

All cancellations must be made via email to info@juniorsportstars.co.uk.

Your School of Gymnastics membership can be stopped at any time with 30 days notice. Any payment days that fall within this time period will be charged in full.

All T&Cs, including our cancellation policy, can be viewed at time of booking within our Kid’s Classes booking schedule.

All children’s classes are on rolling subscriptions. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice, any payment that fall in this 30 days are chargeable.

After-school clubs are paid for by half term block.

Our holiday camps are invoiced at time of booking, based on the size of your booking.

For our gymnastics classes, light and comfortable clothing is recommended.

For our sports sessions we ask that children wear warm outdoor kit.

Children are asked to remove their shoes on the black mat just inside the gymnastics area door. No bags, coats, or drinks are allowed in the gymnastics area, and only gymnasts are to enter this room please.

We enter a select group of gymnasts in to several regional competitions each year. We also hold our own yearly in-house gymnastics competitions so that all children can experience the competition environment and showcase their skills.

Each year children are awarded through the British Amateur Gymnastics Association (BAGA) award scheme and our own Star Award scheme.

Of course, we have a relaxing viewing area with coffee and a vending machine where parents can watch all our gymnastics sessions.

Once you have dropped off your child, please wait in the lounge area until the viewing area has cleared from the previous class.

At the end of the class, the wave off will be done from the door in the viewing area. Children will be waved off to you one-by-one with their shoes in hand.

No, you don’t have to stay but most parents like to stay and watch sessions from our parent viewing area.

British Gymnastics Membership

For any gymnastics sessions following a free trial, your child will require British Gymnastics Membership at a cost of £17 per year. This membership insures your child for the activities and is required for all structured classes (not assisted by a parent).

School of Gymnastics Membership

School of Gymnastics membership is £12 if you join between March-Aug, and £6 if you join between Sept-Feb. Thereafter, membership is £12 every March annually, this fee contributes to the development of the club and ensures that we are providing the very best and latest equipment.

Membership is not required for any of our free trial sessions.
